Why don't your trailers show a full performance?
Our trailers are designed to show you the kinds of reactions you can get when performing our effects the way we teach. All of our tutorials include a full performance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We typically ship via USPS (7 to 15 days). However, if you include your phone number with your shipping information, other carriers such as FedEx become options.
What is "mirrored playback"?
Mirrored playback allows you to view the video as if you were in front of a mirror. Most people are right handed, so on screen, a right handed teacher's hand will be on the left side from your viewing perspective. By "mirroring" the video, their right hand will now be on the right side of the screen, making it easier for right handed people to follow along.
What is "Duper Practice"?
"Duper Practice" is the modern equivalent of Michael Ammar's Super Practice. It's footage of sleights, moves, or routines at slow motion speed from the Point-of-View of the magician.
Can I return an item?
We pride ourselves on being the magician’s go-to source for quality products and transparent information. We are not happy unless you are. If there is an issue with your product, our goal is to find a suitable solution. Please contact us so we can make it right.
Will you produce my trick?
We love working with creators, inventors, and artists to make their vision a reality. If you’d like to submit a trick, email us with the subject: Trick Submission, and include a short description and video link of your idea. All submissions are 100% confidential, and no idea is used without your complete consent.
If we feel your trick is a good fit for us, we will be in contact within 24-48 hours.
The tutorial link or password isn't working.
The tutorial link is definitely working, and the password works as well.
1) Make sure you are inputting the TUTORIAL page link and not the PRODUCT page link.
2) Ensure that you are typing the password eXacTLy as it's written. Letters are case sensitive.
3) The LUCKY LADYBUG password doesn't work? It's an "R", not an "A". And it's an exclamation point not the number 1.
